Vivian Guerrero — Customer Care Specialist
Vivian grew up a neighbor to California, in sunny AZ. Now living in the land of wild poppies, Lancaster, CA with her husband and sweet beagle, she takes on the new world of beauty with her experience in customer service. Her previous customer service adventure was in the party rental business— think big-deal moments like weddings— and while beauty is much different, the moving pieces are no less. Her degree in criminal justice gives her a grounding sense of service, and her love of music and road trips keeps her playful. She takes true pleasure in helping people get what they need and desire to the best of her ability, finding joy and personal connection with the needs of others.
