Borrowed from the Latin for "light," Vetiveria Lux is Commune's most complex and characterful daytime fragrance — a warm, aromatic composition of Vetivert, Jasmine, and Frankincense elevated with the dry, contemplative opening of Black Tea, Tobacco Leaf, and Thyme. Part of the dual Vetiveria collection, it pairs with Vetiveria Nox (the darker, spiced evening profile built around Elemi, Vanilla, and Myrrh) around a shared heart note of Vetivert, creating a seamless sensorial journey from morning into night. Poured from a paraffin-free blend of natural soy wax and beeswax in a recyclable and reusable aluminium vessel. This set features Commune's bespoke white Onyx cover — distinct from the black Marquina Marble used across the Nox candles — to keep the candle in pristine condition when not in use and to extinguish the flame safely and elegantly. How To Use
Before each burn, ensure the wax has fully solidified and trim the wick to 5mm. Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Do not burn for more than four hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool completely before moving the candle. The aluminium vessel will heat significantly during use — place on a candle plate to protect surfaces. Use the onyx cover to snuff the flame safely. Never burn unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
