David Pirrotta — Founder
David's career began in New York City on the cosmetic floors of Bergdorf Goodman and Barneys New York. It was there where he learned in great detail how to sell, manage, and built esteemed relationships. His extensive beauty and fashion knowledge continued to grow and evolve in varied positions: Sales and Marketing Director at Jeffre Scott New York, Sales and Education Director for red flower, Sales & Business Development Director for The Art of Shaving, and Vice President of Sales for Sharps Barber and Shop.
With over 20 years of industry experience, David was inspired by the demand for a boutique agency that helps build the foundation for brands to grow successfully. This laid the groundwork for his eponymous firm, David Pirrotta Brand Management and Distribution - known today as David Pirrotta Brands. Established February of 2010 in Los Angeles, he has since launched some of today's most coveted brands including ILIA Beauty and RODIN Olio Lusso, which was acquired by Estée Lauder in 2014. David's unwavering and creative eye for aesthetics, paired with his strategic business sense, has led him to partner and curate trade shows, participate in various consulting projects, and chairing advisory boards. Today, he leads his team in providing a sweeping array of customized services to each of our brands, bringing them to our customers, and expanding them into international markets.
Chelito Villaflor — Sales Director
With over a decade of design and retail experience, Chelito brings a uniquely creative edge to David Pirrotta Brands. Educated in merchandising and art history and gaining much knowledge with his extensive professional background in both Texas and California, he has applied his innate eye for aesthetics by helping our brands gain significant traction and elevate them to the next level. His working experience in design, interiors, and merchandising has contributed to his continued growth as a brand manager within the company and successful creative direction in our trade shows.
Viktoria Pavelka — Senior Sales Manager
Viktoria took her passion for beauty and skincare to a professional level when she joined the David Pirrotta Brands team, after working in fashion for over 10 years as a wardrobe stylist, and freelance creative director. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Theatre at the University of Stockholm in Sweden, before relocating stateside to California. As a brand manager, Viktoria uses her professional experience by contributing to the continued expansion of our brands and company.
Austin Morgan — Regional Sales Manager
Born and raised and Utica, Oh., Austin’s curiosity as to what constitutes a proper skincare regimen started at a young age after becoming fascinated experimenting with his teenage brother’s topical prescriptive. Later he apprenticed at a local medical spa consulting clients with skin appearance concerns. After moving to NYC, he worked for a then, small family owned business called Malin+Goetz where he moved up the ranks to overseeing sales in multiple NYC brick-and- mortar locations while helping curate media content for their social media platforms. With specialized expertise in skincare from retail sales to product development, Austin brings his sincere passion toward exceptional beauty products to David Pirrotta Brands. His diligent and enthusiastic ambition to grow a business and to enhance his experiences within every individual he encounters is indicative of his belief in the importance of a serious skincare regime. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in NYC.
Kerry Geise — Operations Director East
Kerry’s interest in the beauty and grooming industry is rooted in his childhood, having spent many a Saturday afternoon at his father’s two-seat barbershop in the Mid-West. He made his way to NYC in 2002 and began working in the industry with Sharps Barber and Shop Brand. Kerry has since developed his knowledge of logistics, customer service, inventory and business management having worked for several beauty brand distribution companies. Kerry's always on the lookout for a great facial cleanser, unique pie recipes and he adores basset hounds. He joined David Pirrotta Brands in 2016.
Kelly Aguilar — Operations Director
Kelly comes to David Pirrotta Brands with over a decade in operational management for several Los Angeles based interior design firms. Prior to that she worked for MTV Networks and helped develop the first product integration marketing department at the network, placing up and coming brands into MTV shows organically. She left MTV becoming a partner in Bungalow Girls Productions placing product within content for multiple networks. Her prior experience in beauty comes from having spent over ten years walking runways in Los Angeles and Milan. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Los Angeles. Kelly is a mother of three, spends a lot of time driving to soccer games and is originally from the Detroit area.
Cody Sai — Marketing Director
Cody joined David Pirrotta Brands with over a decade of experience working in fashion and beauty in New York City. His excitement for working with and growing young brands began when he helped launch one of the top luxury nail polish brands in the US and Internationally. Leading our digital marketing activities with his passion for design and attention to detail, he loves to create beautiful work that communicates a brand’s unique voice and vision. Cody expands David Pirrotta Brand’s reach by working directly with retailers to insure marketing initiatives are executed successfully. He studied fine arts at Pratt Institute and fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Keith Harris — Sales Manager
Keith Harris has a background in both retail strategy and merchandising, developing high-impact guest and client experiences. A curator of transformative experiences his background has been refined through many years working in luxury, marketing, & sales at the Standard Spa Hotels and Goop Gift Miami. Prior to his experience in Wellness he worked in entertainment and fashion marketing. Keith has managed events and developed marketing packages on several unique projects — learning the ins and outs of cohesive teamwork and effective communication. Working alongside some of the most successful in the Hospitality and Entertainment industries, Keith capitalizes on these platforms to connect great people with incredible brands.
Courtney Aslanidis — Sales Manager
Courtney first joined David Pirrotta Brands in 2014. She returns to the team having attended Elegance International in Hollywood for artistry and completing the Beauty Industry Essentials program via the Fashion Institiute of Technology NYC. Her beauty knowledge has been acquired through her education, working sets in print & film hair and makeup - and a personal love for skincare and cosmetics. She is passionate about customer service, fostering effective personal connections, and sharing brand heritage.
Amanda's crossover to the beauty world began in 2010 when she helped launch a new innovative hair care product, cementing her love of brand growth and management. From Wisconsin originally, she studied music and theater at the University of Miami. Having lived in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, she utilized her education by hosting brands with much success on television, including HSN. Based in Austin, Texas, Amanda has applied her involvement in brand education, logistics, and sales, and joined the David Pirrotta Brands team in 2012, where she continues to expand our company-and brands-into new markets.
